• Invoices and bills settlement; • Ensure the validity of the invoices (quality of invoices, validation); • Experts’ remuneration payments; • Cash box management; • Control over staff’s spending and proper organization financial regulations fulfillment; • Daily inventory of cash; • Brief the local staff on organization internal financial regulations and Ukrainian legislation;

• Elaboration and maintenance of clients’ (companies) internal networks; • Maintenance of the inventory and stock of supplies and spare parts for the company needs; • Maintain files, registers, computer databases and records of the company’s clients and suppliers; • Draft and control the implementation of company’s budget; • Prepare documents which should be delivered to the public institutions: tax and custom municipal/state departments, social, pension, insurance and healthcare offices etc.; • Conducting trade negotiations with potential consumers in Ukrainian, Russian and English; • Processing primary documentation on those languages for arranging sale of products; • Verification of payment settlements with customers; • Preparation and processing company correspondence with national and foreign counterparts;
